Avril Lavigne Dines with Brandon Davis with No Deryck Whibley in Sight!

Uh-oh!  Do we need to be worried about Avril Lavigne?  The singer has now been spotted hanging out with oil-heir/Lindsay Lohan “Firecrotch” tormentor/multi-rehabber (cocaine, alcohol, etc) Brandon Davis twice in three days!  Here’s two shots of Avril and Brandon leaving the Los Angeles restaurant Pace on Tuesday night, December 2.  Once again, Deryck Whibley was nowhere in sight.  What’s the deal with that?  Could there really be some trouble after all?!  Note that in the second picture of them in the car together, Brandon’s got a cigarette in hand.  We really hope Avril didn’t start smoking with him after they closed the car door.  We’d hate to see her ruin her voice that way.  And in the first picture, note how that same girl that was hanging out with Avril in the previous pictures and the video below is there.  Who is she?
