Just as we suspected, that pregnancy talk was all rumors and speculation after all!  Avril Lavigne was in Las Vegas this past weekend to party for Jamie Foxx’s 41st birthday party.  Avril was seen by several sources doing shots of Patrón Tequila. Drinking = not pregnant.

Oddly enough (or maybe not oddly if you look at the pattern lately), Avril’s husband Deryck Whibley wasn’t there.  Her rep said, however, that they are “still together and very happy.”

When asked during an interview with Dose.ca whether or not there were any truths to rumors that he and wife Avril Lavigne were expecting a child, Deryck Whibley suddenly had nothing to say!  Rather than just say a simple “NO” to quiet rumors, he just remarked, “No comment.”

Hmmm.  I still don’t think she’s pregnant, mainly because I can’t imagine her jumping around on stage in a high energy worldwide tour while expecting a child, but who knows?  “No comment” is always such a tricky answer!  “No comment” usually means the MOST comment!
